Very friendly staff and owner, great breakfast and homemade dinners. The house overall is amazing, its very pleasant to stay there. Rooms are spacious with fully functional kitchens, if you want to cook by yourself. There are also garden with benches and a pool with a good view on the ocean.

Super location, high on a cliff overlooking the town and ocean. An easy walk through the town and to the waterfront. The meals were excellent. For breakfast you can have the buffet or order cooked items from a menu, or both. The dinner menu is outstanding with a wide range of options for fish, meat, and vegetarian, and everything we had was delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room had a small balcony with a view overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and the firm pillows we requested were perfect.

Recently awarded as Europe's Leading Design Hotel, the luxurious Vine Hotel is located in Funchal and offers a fusion restaurant with stunning views, a Wine Therapy Spa, and a rooftop infinity pool. I liked how central it is to go to the main city and departures to all the attractions. And the staff, the staff was superb. A special thanks to Jorge that breaths professionalism and kindness, what a star!

El Castanheiro Boutique Hotel ofrece una piscina al aire libre y un centro de spa y se encuentra en Funchal, a 500 metros del puerto deportivo de Funchal. Excellent service from the moment you enter the hotel. All staff extremely friendly. Nice rooftop pool and bar/lounge. Rooms have everything you need. Left before breakfast but got a breakfast box that had more food than I could eat. Free spa admission with a steam room and Turkish bath complimentary. Nice restaurant and ambiance throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

With 400 meters of private sea front, the 5-star property offers spacious rooms all with balcony and views of the Atlantic and the Deserted Islands. The property was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the balcony and view. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

El Aqua Natura Madeira tiene 4 estrellas y ofrece habitaciones elegantes con vistas al océano Atlántico en la localidad pesquera de Porto Moniz, a 45 km al norte del centro de Funchal. Tiene sauna. El hotel está en la esquina nororiental de la isla, una zona tranquila, tiene justo debajo unas piscinas naturales increíbles en las que te puedes bañar todo el año con temperatura agradable, la habitación es súper cómoda, desayuno muy bueno, cenamos en el Restaurante Mar A Vista, que fue de 10! Comida local y el increíble bolo do caco... Se puede aparcar cerca y el hotel tiene restaurante con muy buena pinta y bar. Además los tratamientos de cabina son agradables con vistas al mar.

Esta mansión restaurada de Madeira, situada a 900 metros del centro histórico de Funchal, ofrece terrazas y jardines botánicos con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la ciudad y a las montañas. Nearly everything, really. Nice hotel, nice room, nice people working there, nice breakfast, nice parking, nice patio. I feel that it's worth every dime paid. This was the first and the only case when I truly enjoyed the conversation with a person at the reception who turned out to be a true erudite who is into history and geography.

El Dazkarizeh73, situado en Ribeira Brava, en Madeira, presenta una decoración exótica y dispone de bañera de hidromasaje y de piscina infinita al aire libre con vistas al océano. The location is breathtaking, and all the shared facilities are the best: the pull, the Jacuzzies, all the sitting spots, it seems that every inch in this place got attention in design. The rooms are big and comfy. We stayed in a room with a direct spot to the sunset and it was beautiful. The breakfast is very good, but above all the host is the nicest man. He take care for everythink that we asked and gave us his number in the days he weren’t there to tell him if something is wrong. This was the perfect place!
