La Maison de Caroline ocupa un edificio del siglo XIX situado en el centro histórico de Alba Iulia. La ciudadela de Alba Carolina está a 600 meters y la estación de tren, a 1,8 km. Las habitaciones eran amplias. Y el personal fue sumamente amable :)

La Pensiunea Marylou ofrece habitaciones amplias con WiFi gratuita en una zona residencial, a solo 1,2 km de la zona histórica de Alba Iulia y de la catedral católica romana. Fabulous accommodation. It is rare to find such spacious guest rooms and bathrooms. We booked 2 rooms with twin beds and both rooms were beautiful. We really appreciated that we were given rooms very close to each other (opposite rooms on the ground floor) so my parents didn't need to walk the stairs. Everything was clean and comfortable, I think the pictures look good on the website but the rooms are even better in person. There is ample of space for bags, clothes and everything else. I loved the fact that there were slippers and a long shoehorn to help putting on shoes. Extra points for the working air-con which is needed in the hot summer. We turned it off during the night and just opened the window for cool air. WE had a good sleep and were not bothered by dog barks. I don't think they bark a lot, certainly not more than in any other place I have stayed or lived. Breakfast was good, enough variety to choose from and we enjoyed it. Eggs were freshly cooked. The salami was particularly tasty. There is a Lidl round the corner to stock up on water or whatever else you may need. Location is good too, not in the exact centre that might be busy or noisy but close enough. We walked there fairly quickly (just walk to the first big road then turn left and another block or 2 you reach the old fort walls and the centre is there).

Situated in the centre of Alba Iulia, 300 metres from the Alba Carolina Citadel, Hotel Transilvania features free WiFi in all areas, a fusion restaurant and an English pub. Me ha gustado todo , incluso el desayuno, básico pero con todo lo necesario . Luego la suite estaba muy bien equipada , las camas muy cómodas, hemos dormido muy bien . Dos teles de 55’ , una de ellas no funcionaba bien pero al menos pudimos poner YouTube para los niños . Me ha gustado el jacuzzi del baño aunque por alguna parte perdía agua y se empapó todo el baño … hemos ido con coche , habían suficientes parkings delante del hotel , aunque eran de pago pero era muy barato .
