The staff was very nice and helpful. In the main restaurant on the ground floor was a baptism party but we didn't hear anything from the room. The fact that the hotel was located 5min from the Peleș castle in a beautiful, now autumn scenery, was wonderful!

The rooms at the Rina Cerbul Hotel feature light wooden furniture, parquet floors, a TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom. I am basing this very high review on what occurred upon check-in. Upon arrival at Sinai, we saw a notice on the hotel door telling us to check in across the road at Hotel Sinai, their partner hotel. The person at the check in told us our hotel was not available and we were upgraded to Hotel Sinai instead. Although we would have been happy to stay at the very rustic Hotel Rina Cerbul, we were very happy to be upgraded to Hotel Sinai. It was a seamless experience with outstanding levels of service offered by all persons we encountered. I cannot comment about Hotel Rina Cerbul but I can comment on the people that look after you - they are very well trained and I can only assume if the Hotel Rina Cerbul was open, we would have received similar levels of service.
