Our stone rooms were built with local stones in the Old Cappadocian style to mimic the cave experience. Hotel is great to see the balloons from the terraces. Staff was very nice and professional. There was a hiccup with the service once which was taken very seriously by the staff.

I really appreciate that they provided tasty breakfast so early (0730-1030) and many kinds of food and there are few changes everyday. That's amazing. There are cover the carpet in two places which you can take photo when sunrise. Although the hot ballon isn't much closer but you can get a good view.

We are Vegan and the they had 4 or 5 delicious dishes each morning as well as a plethora of traditional Turkish breakfast items. They would also make omelettes to order and homemade pastries.
