We were snowed on unexpectedly and she did everything she could to get us on our flight the next morning when we were unable to drive out - amazing!!

Me and my wife had a room in the separate building for adults, it was very very quiet and relaxing. the staff was super helpful, even after we left, a lost tablet was found and they help me to ship it.

The hotel had a spa, a pool, a restaurant, a buffet. The room was big and comfortable there was even a balcony to relax.
