That said, this hotel goes beyond the system and really is an elegant, charming residence with outstanding staff, attractive design, good breakfast and an appropriate price-to-service ratio. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip to Vietnam and this was one of my favourites. If I find myself in Hanoi again, I will stay here. Recommended!

The shower always has enough hot water and the WIFI works great. Wonderful bedding. Large window provides lots of natural light. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and a wide selection of local fruit. You can also order breakfast items made to order. The neighborhood is on a street bounded by the hospital on one side (so lots of local local restaurants for the folks working there) and on the other side a street with retail shops and more restaurants. St. Joseph’s cathederal is nearby as is the lake. The street itself is very quiet and there is little traffic most of the day/night. All of these aspects are complimented by a fabulous staff: Kate, Annie, and Wind at reception who will make sure you have all your questions answered.,Nam who keeps the breakfast room humming, and Ngoc who helps you on your way in or out of the hotel itself. And then there is Mr. Zenkey, manager extraordinaire! We have stayed here several times over the last few years and will continue to do so!

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. It features a fitness centre, a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. This hotel was beautiful. Very aesthetic,rooms are spacious and clean. They clean our rooms daily, change our towels daily too. The food served at breakfast tasted delicious, I truly enjoyed it. There were lots to choose from Vietnamese cuisine to western cuisines. Location was perfect, walking distance to the lake and St. Joseph’s Cathedral may be around 5 mins walk or less, and to more popular tourists spots. Would recommend this place.

Hanoi E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant is placed in the heart of Old Quarter just a 10-minute drive to Hanoi Train Station. Dong Xuan Market is just 100 metres away while Noi Bai International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Rosie, who went above and beyond to assist. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the area.

This elegant hotel features a 24-hour reception and free WiFi access at all areas. Located in the Old Quarter, the room was clean and away from the street view. The staff are so accommodating. The breakfast was really good. Special thanks to Hana, for arranging a free taxi to the airport! We will stay here again.

The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide selection. We received a larger room than the one we had booked. I recommend it.
