Stayed on two occasions ( beginning and end of our trip 5 nights) at this hotel with another couple we were travelling with. It is in a reasonably quiet street a few minutes walk from the centre of old town and close to everything you want. Staff all incredibly helpful and charming. Rooms comfortable, the more expensive ones bigger, Aircon , tons of hot water, great breakfast buffet with optional eggs pancakes etc at no charge. Would definitely recommend to any age group of travellers.

Nice rooms, very nice and helpfull reception. They helped us organize the airport transfer, they had given a plan for a walk tour into the city, because we had only one evening in Hanoi. They also offer a higher room as booked. Very good value-price ratio. Breakfast is very good. Additonally the hotel has a very good location, right in the center.
