My experience at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates exceeded all my expectations, surpassing even the level of luxury I'm accustomed to in high-end hotels. What impressed me most was the exceptional professionalism of all the staff, their genuine dedication to serving guests with a smile, respect, and impeccable courtesy. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were evident in every situation, from facilitating a smooth and easy room change to arranging transportation via the hotel's private car, which made moving between the hotel facilities and the mall incredibly comfortable and seamless. The level of care and attention to detail I witnessed makes this one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.

a Magnificent Hotel in every meaning of the word magnificent, Let me start with the reception very welcoming and professional it was a smooth experience and fast Room was sparkling clean and all amenities were available. Room was spacious Restaurant: starting with the welcoming lady to the dinning experience to the Chef they all were so professional complementing each others work. it was a 10 no doubt. Great location. Amazing staff exceeded all our expectations. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast great. In room dining also great and fast. All amenities wonderful. Whole team did amazing job to make our stay memorable. Special and extraordinary effort whole team made to accommodate all our wishes and my wife's Birthday. I can't thank you enough for that. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Great private pool and most amazing was private movies room.

Location is insanely good, 2 minutes to the metro station. Good and cheap restauraunt on the first floor. Helpful personel. Great hotel room. Always clean, looks modern, workers never disturb if you don't want it. Grocery store and great seafood restauraunt nearby. Very near to the mall of the emirates.
