The hotel was a genuine 5 star resort, perfect location, beds were comfortable and rooms were gorgeous! A well thought out bathroom and all amenities catered for. Although it was completely sold out it never felt over crowded and there was various pools and the beach to visit so each day felt different! Restaurants were amazing and the daily brunch had lots of options! the Staff and service set them out from the crowd! Loved the beach bar, the music and the band!

Rooms are spacious and well maintained, very clean. Staff is polite and location is perfect to walk to the beach and marina. Beach club has both pool area and private beach, literally 3 mins walk from hotel. If you wish to go out to down town or Global Village etc, then need to concider a bit more buffer time for taxi to serve during evening hours as JBR is jammed

I don’t know how to start, we arrived on Xmas day and it was Xmas Spirit everywhere. Everyone was happy and helping us.This hotel and staff love’s children. we received presents for our children. Out housekeeper Fayas was so helpful, friends and he was looking after us like we where at home. It was fantastic holidays.
