Welcome drink at arrival. Onsite parking, easy access and navigation. The house is quiet and spacious. Room at excellent condition, sleeping in extreme comfort. Bathroom with bath and a shower. This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

The hotel is in a beautiful building full of history. It is located in an oasis of nature. A serene plantation type rural area just a short walking distance from the township. Ideal for a very relaxing stay and a very good night's sleep. Only a very short detour from major highways. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with top quality coffee .

The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Nothing more to say but that this was my fourth visit to Linz and my first stay at this apartment, and hopefully not the last one. The owner was super friendly and helpful, apartment was super clean and cozy and you are 5 minutes footwalk away from the city center. Just perfect 😁
