Excellent location, close to both the Innere stadt and Prater park.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. On a Saturday we forgot that the breakfast restaurant opens later and arrived early. The staff nonetheless allowed us to come in and start our breakfast

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. It is very close to the underground, so easy to get around. The room was cozy and clean. The AC worked well which was great in the heat wave we experienced in Vienna. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Would stay again.
