Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. The hotel itself looks very stylish and cozy, with everything clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom stocked with excellent toiletries. Highly recommended for accommodation.

Great sized room. We booked a Family Suite for 4 people and we had 2 separate bedrooms and a huge living room with a working electric piano!! Loved the cool design, art decorating the rooms and the common spaces. Breakfast was incredible as was the free afternoon tea provided. Great location, several public transport options close by and walking distance to Museum Quarter. Service from the staff was excellent. Would recommend 100%

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and great for shopping, connections to other places and coming easily around. The best part is the facility itself: fresh new, highest quality of all materials used, providing you a luxury feeling! The kids and I loved the place, we stayed in the Delux Apartment (as first tenants actually) and it was plenty of room for all. The wi-fi, heating...all in place (not always the case for Vienna!). The place is central yet very calm, and one can tell that the team managing the HeyMi Apartments is a professional one. It is probably because of lacking the reviews that this facility is at affordable prices, as it is way better than any of the apartments I stayed in Vienna, which are often not even close to this one. Hope to be back again and wishing this team to continue the great work they are doing!

Excellent location. easy to catch public transportation and even there is a local car/vespa rental office few steps away where I rented a car to travel to Bratislava. Facilities are well equiped. In general, we had 3 great nights in Vienna.
