I could ask her anything and she would get back to me immediately either by text or call.
Great location. It was cheap and handy being in a studio apartment as we had kitchen facilities, washing machine, own balcony, 2 beds, etc everything we needed! We were a short walk to the Queen Victoria markets also which was great.

Amazing experience and the kids loved the theme... completely surprised and delighted with all the little touches from Pokémon teddies to snuggle at night to Pokémon toasties in the morning. These hosts have thought of everything and a must do for those with an interest in Pokémon!! Immaculately clean throughout!

The bedroom and bathroom were clean! Bed was comfortable with clean linens and good towels. There was a desk and a chair. There was an inset wardrobe area with a small fridge, teacups and saucers, mugs, 2 teaspoons, a teapot, and tea/coffee packets. In the shower was shower gel (bath soap), shampoo and conditioner. At the bathroom sink, there was hand soap, body lotion and shaving cream - first hotel I've seen this in - Impressive.
The location was great as it was in easy walking distance -less than 10 minutes to restaurants and a grocery shop. It was central enough to walk to the Market and free tram area, downtown CBD.
We really appreciated that they allowed you to leave your luggage/bags after you checked out while you went out and about. It was a great help as we were not leaving Melbourne until 4:30 that afternoon! This was a free service!! ☺

Top floor with a balcony. Seriously comfortable and roomy beds. Well appointed kitchen. Small but perfectly formed bathroom. Quiet location even though it was on Spencer St. Secure access. Friendly staff. Close to trams, Marvel Stadium, Southern Cross Station and Docklands. Windows open to let in fresh air.
