The location is excellent—very close to the city center and also near Kings Park. The accommodation environment is flawless! There are around ten free parking spots available (secured with a code, very safe), and they're on a first-come, first-served basis. We might have come during the off-season, so we were lucky to always find a spot. The room is well-equipped and nicely ventilated. The bed is super comfortable—not too soft, just right! If they offered a free drink or breakfast downstairs for guests staying a few nights, that would make it even more amazing!

We started our wedding trip around Australia from Perth and decided to stay in HolidayInn. It was great since beginning. In the room we found a little congratulations and it was so pretty! Wonderful service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, fast WiFi and silence, so you can sleep. The room has everything you need. If you need some more stuff, then reception will help you with pleasure. The hotel located within walking distance from center of the city. Also there is free CAT bus stop in 3 minutes. There are many cafes, and the cafe next to the hotel is open until late evening. We definitely recommend this hotel.

2.5 km from Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, Quest on Rheola is a recently renovated property set in Perth and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

Chose it for the location as close to Nedlands where we had a family wedding. Liked the layout and the comfort of the apartment and the space was generous. Coffee shop was just a 4 minute walk and it opened early so that was a bonus.

The staff was great. The way they take care of every costumer personally is very very unique. Great location, amazing breakfast. Rooms are huge and well decorated. Plenty of amenities.
