Excellent location very helpful and efficient staff. Ali helped us out with my credit card situation. Ali was extremely helpful went out of the way to sort out my credit card situation. Also we checked out at 3 pm instead of 1. With no extra cost. Would definitely stay here every time i visit baku will also recommend this hotel for the beautiful baku city stay

I had a wonderful stay at Midtown Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the personnel was outstanding. The staff were not only professional and courteous but genuinely kind and attentive, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The hotel is well-equipped with modern and clean facilities, and the services offered were excellent — everything from housekeeping to room service was efficient and thoughtfully done.
I would especially like to commend Samir, the supervisor, for his exceptional dedication and warm approach. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests had everything they needed and truly stood out with his professionalism and friendliness. Gulendam, the manager, provided fair and balanced service, managing the operations with care. Special thanks also to hostess Aynur, who was always cheerful and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience.
Overall, a very positive and enjoyable experience. Midtown Hotel exceeded my expectations, thanks to its great team and high standards.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, walking distance to all attractions, Nizami Street, promenade etc. along beautiful streets. Many food and entertainment options all around. Reception was very efficient and helpful, rooms were large and clean and service is impeccable. I checked out at noon, but they allowed me to use the facilities to freshen up before going to the airport for a late night flight. I recommend this place for all.
