The apartment is in the heart of Sofia. Tourist attractions are within walking distance. Metro and tram stops are 1-2 minutes walk. The apartment is perfect. There is more than you expect. Everything in the house is very well thought out. The refreshments are excellent. The apartment is adjacent to the presidential office. Walking distance to a large supermarket. The owner explains everything you need for entry and exit in detail. The place where you will stay without hesitation when you come to Sofia again. Everything was perfect. I was skeptical at the beginning due to the low number of comments, but there is noting to worry about. The studio is in a brand-new building, all the furniture is new including all appliances, it's warm, and the bed is comfy. It is really close to the city center. Lidl is right outside the door. Hot water does not take 15' (this issue seems to be only). You cannot get better value for the buck.

I think it was recently refurbished/built as everything looks brand new. Clean rooms, helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast. The showers were great and the view from the top floor is also nice. We had a 9 seater minivan which did not fit in the hotel underground parking but 2 min walk there is an open parking and the fee was reimbursed by the hotel.
