the food, the setting, the atmosphere, the spa facilities, everything was to a very high standard, the staff attitude and readiness to help. we have visited a lot of countries and different hotels and this one is definitely one of the top quality ones. It’s the small details such as the welcome drinks and biscuits, the complimentary refreshments in the spa, the gorgeous smell in the corridors. Can’t wait to return again next year!

Very clean, quiet place perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was tasty and the spa facilities were good. The pool with hot mineral water was perfect temperature (around 38 degrees) for the winter. We had an amazing stay!

The property is big, clean and placed in a good location in Velingrad. It was a little hard to find due to the address not being placed on Google maps yet (not the owners fault), but the owner was delightful and very helpful. She was always on hand for a quick call if we had any questions.
