Such a lovely hotel in a great location. All of the staff were so helpful always and very friendly and chatty. They even helped me to print out some paperwork.
Having a pool in Belo Horizonte was such a bonus too.
Rooms are cleaned everyday too.

Everything was great. Location, staff, breakfast. Excellent value for money. Only 2 details that can be improved: no hairdryer in the room (just 1 in the hotel and if it's been lent you might have to wait long) and the safe box (old, with a key).
