I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made all the difference during my visit. The breakfast deserves special mention: varied, well-prepared, and with fresh products, providing a great start to the day. Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

Luxury and understatement. A calm, green and stylish Oasis in the middle of Sao Paulo‘s concrete Jungle. Breakfast was just amazing so much choice of fresh fruit and we had the best eggs Benedict just perfection one of the best breakfasts during our South American trip the staff were helpful and friendly the room was great bed was comfortable sleeping 💤 was ace within walking distance of the MASP Art 🖼️ installation that was worth every penny we also went on a City tour booked at the hotel that was excellent went to Batman street the Cathedral and much more was a little pricey but you only visit places this far away from England once just wonderful Maria & Shaun xxx

Very comfortable. Everything you need. Instead of a mini bar there was a small shop which was easily accessed for drinks and snacks.

Hosts were super friendly, really fast response, check-in was very quick. The place is very well decorated, the bed is comfortable, it has a blowdryer, toiletries, a good SmartTV and decently equipped kitchen. They even asked me if I wanted bottle opener after I checked-in, very nice. The code to the door really helped check-in. I would stay again.
