We often have booked Ritz Carlton before, but this was an outstanding experience. We had never such a pleasant stay. Everybody in the Hotel was extremely friendly and we got a lot of help due to special situation. Reception was extremely helpful and extraordinary friendly, Restaurant same and food was also awesome, breakfast as well as dinner. Fantastic stay over my birthday!!!!! Many thanks!!!

We weren't even supposed to be staying here - it was a last minute change and I can't believe how lucky we were! My sister and I were travelling together and booked separate rooms. Without prompting Charlotte on the front desk advised she'd booked us into adjoining rooms - which was amazing and greatly appreciated! All desk staff - amazing! Greatly appreciated and audibly excited by the different flavoured water and snacks available at reception/lobby each day. Rooms were super clean and soundproof. We only stayed a few nights, so I didn't bother with the cleaning, but there were plenty of supplies so bathroom needs were not a worry. Lifts were fairly prompt but small. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We had a couple of pre-sunrise excursions and we were just minutes from the meeting point. Buffet breakfast was provided - lots of choices hot and cold. Staff always available to clean tables and replenish dwindling supplies. Wish we were staying longer so I could've tried the waffles!! Again, have to say the staff were amazing. Very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and always had a smile ready.
