The location , valet services , comfortable room and bed . Breakfast was delicious. Reception on 7 th floor and our room on 3rd so using the lift could be confusing for a while . Enjoyed our stay at this hotel .

Super comfortable and trendy apartment located in the middle of old Quebec City. You can look straight out onto the street from the apartment. Coming back to Les Loft after a day of sightseeing and relaxing on the couch was actually the highlight of our visit to Quebec.

We loved Hotel Palace Royal, Centre-Ville Quebec. The style of the hotel as soon as you entered reception as well as the restaurant were beautiful. We had 3 rooms and we were all delighted with them. They were suites rather than a room. The room we were in, had a balcony overlooking the pool and the entertainment stage. We loved it and used the pool and hot tub. It was really useful to have a convenience store on site too. The location was excellent.

Excellent hotel and service. The location is perfect to explore the city and just around the corner of the bustle of the city to offer the needed quiet at night.

The room was lovely and spacious. I was so appreciative of the aircon! And the shower was great. The staff, although not on site, responded quickly to my messages. The cleaners also did a great job
