Very modern, very comfortable, very clean, access to Netflix and other programs on TV, kitchen filled with the basics, including sauces, oil, salt and pepper, etc, for cooking. Extremely easy to access on arrival and hosts responded via message immediately if you had any questions. Sometimes you could hear people walking upstairs, but that did not bother us, as it was during the day, never at night when we were sleeping.

The location is a very pretty leafy suburb, which we would never have seen if we'd stayed in the centre of town, yet only fifteen minutes drive or half an hour bus ride from downtown Vancouver. The house is quiet, with all amenities, the room was large and bright, and the bed was huge. The best thing was the host, Arnica, who went out of her way to help us when our rental car had a flat tyre, she lent us her phone for multiple calls, recommended local mechanics she knew and generally assisted us to resume our vacation quickly. Lovely lady, and a great place to stay!

This is a great apartment in the basement of the house. We booked a family room with a private bathroom, but the other two rooms with another shared bathroom were empty, and it was very quiet.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and coffee machine had great whole-bean coffee👍🏽
The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to all our messages.
The washing machine and drying machine were also very helpful and pretty new.
Street parking was free.
I would like to stay here longer.
