I stayed 4nights, It was fantastic and the best location in Bern every place can be reached by walking. Many thanks to the professional staff in the Reception Mr Luca Jancobi who made us so happy by taking care of our car and luggage and even the easy Uber food such as the gent makes you come again and again to the Hotel.

This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament.

The view from this hotel is beyond amazing! My stay was exceptional - the room was ready for me early, very clean and tidy. The binoculars in the room were a lovely touch. The staff were all friendly and efficient - they helped me organise a last minute private tour of the city within two hours of my arrival. Loved the lobby and had a perfectly mixed Bloody Mary at the bar there. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both the city centre and the train station. All in all a great hotel, worth every penny.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment with lovely furnishings, lots of space and so nice and close to train station and the Old Town. Walked everywhere, easy to get to groceries or restaurants and all the sight seeing places. Entry and exit were easy. Communication with host was great.

Very unique , has the aura of nyc in the 90s. The house is very clean, feels like staying in 5 stars hotel. House is just nice to fit a family of 5 who is looking to take a vacation in bern. A walking distance to the public transport and the city.

People who work are amazing! So kind, carring, polite! I am really grateful to then for all their help and advices. It's really good place to stay, in the centre of the city, close to the train station, really cozy and comfortable. There's special place with the key in the room , it's really comfortable and safe. First of all my room was awesome, it was wide for a solo traveler and the bed was comfortable with a big window at front strange but nice. The location was near train station walking, the fact that you can use your phone as key was really cool and easy to use just takes a few minutes to get used to it but if you want you can have a keycard for free with the iPad. Amenities are nice, you can prepared your own food or grab coffee, tea, fruits, jelly, cookies for free and staff are welcoming. I had a great time and I’ll be back soon 🤍

Big, clean and super new rooms, super comfy bed and courtesy water and coffee. Lovely amenities. All sparkling clean and shiny, in the heart of the Old Town. Incredibly well insulated- carnival drums were practically under my window and I did not hear a thing.
