Loved the location of this property, very easy to find. Only 1min walk to tram stop, with trams every few minutes and 5min walk to railway station with frequent trains into Zurich. Surrounding area to property was extremely safe with plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants. The property was gorgeous, so clean and welcoming throughout. It was quiet at all times. The room facilities were superb with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The room size gave plenty of space to walk around. The bathroom facilities were amazing with hot water at all times and facilities fully working.

The Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North is ideally located between Zurich City Centre and the Airport and can easily be reached by public transports within a few minutes.

The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. I loved everything—The staff were absolutely amazing—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I loved the comfortable room, the perfect location, and the small mall and many restaurants nearby. Metro, tram, and bus stations are just 3 minutes away. The lobby also has games, which makes the stay even more fun.

The apartment was clean and as described. It was not very old, but it was also not modern. The beds are comfortable but the bed-sofa was not very comfortable. Communication was good and fast. Self-check in was also very easy.
