This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. My room was comfortable and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. From the balcony I had a stunning view of Lake Zurich and the Alps. The staff were friendly as well as professional and the breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location is very quiet – the Zurich Zoo is within walking distance and I appreciated the convenience of safely parking my car in the hotel's underground garage. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning in the future.
