The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. Daniella is an exceptional host. The house is super comfortable and spacious and has everything to make your stay wonderful. Daniella ordered us new fans as soon as I mentioned about the summer heat, and this gesture was really exceptional and me and my family were really happy with it! Absolutely recommended for a stay of 4 people. Tram/bus station is just a 5-10 minute walk away and many restaurants and stores around. In all - 10/10!

The apartment was clean and as described. It was not very old, but it was also not modern. The beds are comfortable but the bed-sofa was not very comfortable. Communication was good and fast. Self-check in was also very easy.

The apartment is like the photos, and wifi was good! Public transport is walkable, and it is easy to go and come back even late at night. Street parking is easy, though we didn't use it. Rooms are quiet, and beds were very comfortable.
