We stayed six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway.
The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by.
As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle.
The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, good kitchen facilities. The apartment block has helpful concierge staff and feels safe and secure. A lot of sights within walking distance.
The apartment building also offers washing machine and dryer facilities for residents. Very cheap but you need coins.
Very good communication with Marcela the host .
