Great views, interesting and artistic decor in a classic Valparaiso building. Pablo was a great host and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was fresh and generous. We stayed another night rather than moving on!

We would absolutely recommend the Augusta Appart Hotel. The renovated building was beautiful and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel’s location in Cerro Alegre was just perfect! Pilar, the manager, was adorable and very helpful during our entire stay. Don’t forget to ask her about the stray dogs she cares for ;)

Pascal was a fantastic host. He gave us excellent recommendations to improve our stay. He was unbelievably helpful finding us reliable transportation to the airport. He worked with us to accommodate our particular needs. Our rooms, the view and our fellow travelers were great. I'd give Val Paradou a million star rating .

Very well appointed and comfortable. It’s situated n a very good location near plenty of restaurants.
Nothing was too much trouble for the superb staff . The front of house team were exceptional, Marcos in particular was so very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice selection, best fresh fruit salad I have ever had! Eggs to order.
First night was a holiday so many restaurants closed. evening staff made us an amazing charcuterie plate and delivered to the room at 9;30 pm!!!

Boutique hotel with 8 rooms. Built in 1874, the features have been beautifully maintained and furnished with antique furniture. Amazing view from Room 8, which has its own terrace overlooking the bay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. The bed was extremely comfortable, and bath towels were thick, fluffy, and high quality. Close to the top of the Bohemian district, there were plenty of food options and cafes within walking distance.
