The hotel gives out the Chinese authentic vibe, the food, decorations and everything. Front offices people is very helpful all of them can speak English which is great as well as the owner. The tea complementary in the room is fantastic.

Great place. Staff were phenomenal. Great inside decor too. A little out of town so will need a taxi back and forth but it was okay. The surroundings are beautiful.

The hotel, located in a village with scenic corners amid hills, offers a relaxed stay, and at the same time is only abt 10min car ride to city hot spots. The staff even help to handle our laundry which is very kind of them :)

Hotel arranged everything for us incl free pick up and drop off service to/from train station, a English speaking guide with whole packages of sightseeing arrangements and excursions. The route is very enjoyable incl famous mountain n water boat tour, visit to cave, Osmantus factory, rice terrace and tea plantation. I don't know how they manage in high season like August, we don't have troubles of crowds as they re so experienced to find qualified spots with much less tourists, so we enjoyed stunning beauty of Guilin/Yangshuo at much ease. Finally we made Chinese dumpling together. Hotel offers top service to our full satisfaction👍 by the way breakfast is delicious and healthy with exotic fruits❤️

First and foremost, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the mouthwatering halal meals (they prepared especially according to our culture)provided in the morning.The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that each meal was not only prepared with love and care but also represented the rich flavors of authentic Arab cuisine. The variety of dishes offered was extensive, catering to different preferences and dietary requirements. Each meal was a culinary delight that I savored to the last bite. Wow! The staff here is very friendly. She loved telling us about all the best local spots. You can really feel the warmth of her service. On our first night there, we didn't want to go out because we were tired after a long day of travel so the staff showed us a demonstration of pouring Chinese tea using the artistic tea set they have. She also gave us some local Chinese desserts so that we could enjoy a quiet night drinking tea and chatting. A very personal experience.

We liked that it was like a home stay rather than a BIG hotel. It was more personal meeting the owners and seeing the local area they live in.
