My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

Location is super nice, 5 mins to walk to the beach. View on the sea is fascinating, from 28th floor was really good! They allowed me to check in earlier than 14:00, so I did not have to wait on the street!!

This place is beatiful. It is not in the busy area, and it’s surrounded by parks. Very quiet indeed. The room is beatiful, with everything (and more) you need, and the house itself is also stunning. The owners are really nice and looking forward to take care of anything you may need. Even though they don’t speak English, they have this translating machine that works wonderful. You can enjoy your room or their beautiful terrace as you please, and they make you feel at home. And they have 3 lovely cats! Also two parrots, a turtle and fishes. The cats won’t bother you at all, but they will let you pet them🤭

The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...
