The staff were kind and helpful from the very beginning. After we returned to the UK, we realised my mum had accidentally left one of her passports at the hotel. Have stayed in this hotel several times.
1.especial thanks to Mr Johnson for his kindness and carrying abilities. Personal is very kind and responsive.
2.location is very useful. Just couple of stations far from Hongqiao terminal and railway station, so no commuting required.
3.transfer option included in the booking is very useful and usually time saving.

I checked in very late. I was so surprised. The service was warm and the location was good. There were many things to eat nearby. The service was very good. There was an elevator. The scale inside was quite large and there were many rooms. The room is fully equipped, the hygiene is good, and there is free mineral water. I will stay here again next time.
