It is a great, it has everything you need as a solo traveller. Bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean and toilet seat is warm. The room is thoughtfully designed so even though it’s small, I was able to feel comfortable even with a large luggage. The free coffee is great (I’m from Sydney and have quite decent coffee to compare to!).

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable! Next to the hotel, there is a cozy café that prepares coffee and fresh snacks for guests even before its official opening. It was very convenient to start the day by simply grabbing a cup of aromatic coffee and a delicious croissant right before heading out. The location of the hotel is excellent: a beautiful park, FamilyMart, and a large shopping mall are all nearby. Within walking distance, or just a short taxi ride, there are countless shops, cafés, and restaurants to suit any taste. The staff deserves special praise: incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. There were many delightful details — from the pleasant aroma throughout the hotel to the 24/7 support at the reception. Most importantly, I want to mention the help I received in a critical situation. During my trip, I lost my bag with my passport and money. In addition to the police, the hotel staff played a huge role, especially the manager 安東尼. For several days he communicated with the taxi service and eventually managed to recover my bag. It was not easy, but thanks to his persistence and dedication, everything ended well. I am very grateful to the hotel team for their professionalism, care, and genuine support. They not only provide comfort in the little things but also stand by their guests in the most challenging circumstances. If I come to Shanghai again, I will definitely choose this hotel and will be more than happy to strongly recommend it to my friends!

The welcome from the staff when you arrive is amazing. The staff are friendly, polite and go above and beyond in order to assist you. The hotel is stunning and the rooms and bathrooms are definitely 5 star. The choice at breakfast is enormous, with everything freshly prepared.

Great location near the Shaanxi Street in Shanghai, where you can find a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Also, the metro station Jing'An is 15 minutes walking distance with three different metros stopping there (line 2, 10 and 7), so the transportation options are really great. Jing'an Temple and many shopping malls are also nearby. Around the accommodation, there is a Luckin Coffee cafe and a Family Mart. It was easy to find thanks to the detailed directions and video from the hosts. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, kitchen equipment okay, wifi works as well. If you prefer Airbnb while travelling, this is a good option in Shanghai.

The hotel offered a luxurious sophisticated experience but was also refined and elegant. We loved our room’s styling, the super comfortable beds and the glorious round bath. The Roof Bar on 29/f had amazing views, we loved the delicious dishes in the Cantonese restaurant and the Lobby Bar had wow factor and great cocktails.
