I love everything about this stay. The service is top notch. The free breakfast is pretty good and with diverse of Chinese and western option like yogurt, healthy salad, protein etc. the house keeping service is good. Affordable price for a hotel comparable to international 5 stars hotel. Clean rooms equipped with air purifier and advance toilets. Great place to stay if you are going to Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), as they offer free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from SNIEC depending on what exhibition is taking place; it takes about 8 minute by car/DiDi. Very kind and helpful receptionist even though I did not end up solving the problem with local delivery app, he guided and offered help to find other ways to access other delivery apps. Authentic Hunan (spicy) restaurant in “Fuhui Plaza” is about 12 minutes walking distance from hotel.

Absolutely stunning Hotel. Extra friendly and helpful staff. Saw many 5 Stars Hotels like the four season, mbs Singapore or the Edition in Manhattan but nothing can reach this Hotel. Got many extra like a huge complementary mini bar, fresh fruits every day, a huge breakfast with an order option. Additionally some extra gifts which I never expected.
I went also to two restaurants which had an incredible design.
