Location is very convenient; next to the train station and food stores! Place was clean and felt very homey and owner explained all the details very well. Owner was friendly and had open communication with us on any queries we had as well as providing an itinerary for the city.

Excellent hotel in all respects. Consistently a 9/10 on all categories and above the expectations I had. Excellent staff and a good breakfast option. Beautiful area. Perhaps a little walk or drive from the central and tourist spots, but still a great location. Serene experience. Best hotel I've stayed in across 8 cities in China

Ideal location, very close to the Gardens as well as the canals. Perfect place to stay if you want to see all the sights in a day. The host is super welcoming and nice! He brought us water everyday, gave us food recommendations and was overall very sweet and kind. It feels homey and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, and nicely decorated. Every room has been designed carefully and you can tell that the owners put a lot of love into them.

Great location and price, main attractions are mostly just 20 minutes of walk away, and only around 10 minutes away from the nearest metro station in case you need a direct access to the Suzhou train station. Staff are helpful and the room is really clean with all the facilities you may need.
