Beautiful Stay. Loved the ambience. It felt so much home. Breakfast is average, only couple of items on menu. But the hotel staff is very friendly. They gave us free fruits because we missed our breakfast. Its right next to Avatar mountains. It has amazing view from the rooftop. Overall loved it very very much.

Our stay at Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel was exceptional! The service was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Lily, who was incredibly helpful throughout our trip—she assisted with everything from planning our itinerary to sorting out currency and even arranging transportation. Thanks to her, our visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

The most wonderfull thing about this hotel is a natural true “home feeling” there. All the attitude, attention and care from a lovely employee Tiffany create such a warm atmosphere around. She gives necessary guidelines about the Park, what to see there, the best routes for walking, she follows you to the Park entrance every morning, always available for contact and help, picks you up after walking. That is very valuable. I do recommend this hotel also because it is perfectly located close to the unpopular West park entrance what help you to avoid crowds. After an active mountain day you can swim there or chill at the hotel terrace. The room was cleaned every day. You will definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.

We are very pleased to have come across this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially Hu who showed great care and kindness and was very helpful to us. ☺️ The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of the park and beautiful rooms where you can sip delicious Chinese tea. In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. English speaking staff is a real gem for traveling in China. Firstly, before the trip high up the mountain, they were able to warn us about a sudden snowfall, and we were prepared. The hostess was really ambitious and made a big effort to make our stay as convenient as possible. Emer (the hostess) also helped us a lot with planning our trip to the national park, booking our tickets and gave us many recommendations. Also her recommendations for dinner were great! And one of our highlights was definitely the traditional chinese calligraphy course, which she and her boyfriend are offering for free. She has such a welcoming personality and made the stay really special for us :)
