In general I had a wonderful time at LIV Urban. As soon as I got there Tony greeted me warmly. He explained the area to me and how to get to certain places. He also checked me in. The 1 bed apartment was lovely, very clean and overlooked the tennis courts. It was a very good size space with a good little kitchen to cook in. I also checked out the roof area where you could bring some drinks up or food and relax while taking in the view of Larnaca. Overall it was a lovely escape. And I must say Tony also went above and beyond to help me with printing some things which I was so grateful for. He was amazing!

The hotel was great, lovely staff who were helpful and location was good, very peaceful, 10min walk from Finkoudous beach. has a supermarket nearby with most of the restaurant around a 10min walk away. Wi-Fi and AC worked great. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend it. TVs had screen mirroring so could mirror my phone. has a nice little rooftop pool and room had a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff :)

very cool, clean, bright apartment, with modern renovation, design solutions. the apartment has everything you need, even more: beautiful dishes for serving a beautiful dinner, everything you need for cooking, including dishes and appliances. There is a washing machine, a nice spacious refrigerator, oven, stove, necessary pots, pans, baking trays. Everything works and looks beautiful, selected with taste and special care of the owners of the apartment. As for the owners, they especially deserve attention. The owners of the apartment are always in touch, solve current issues, even give presents, which is a special care and help in all matters, not only about the apartment. The owners are very nice people, They go to meet customers. As for the apartment, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is comfortable, clean, soft, and most importantly, everything is very aesthetically beautiful and well-maintained. The apartment is located in a beautiful place, close to the beach, grocery stores, places for walks, cafes, bars. The best vacation. The place where I spent 3 weeks, and I want to come back again.
