Exceptional service very customer oriented; cleaning team did an exceptional job - the rooms were taken care at the higest level possible! we enjoyed heated outdoor and indoor pool in december; varied breakfast, with fresh orange juice; presence of friendly cats; we liked the location - close to the beach, next to seaside path for walking and close to some great cypriot tavernas!

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. We were met by a kind owner who was happy to show us the house, told us where everything was and how everything worked. The house was clean and comfortable inside and out. This is a great place for dinner with friends or a vacation. Convenient location, quiet area, overall we liked everything very much. I highly recommend this place!

Staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean, we chose bed and breakfasts which was good. We We took our own tea bags and coffee to breakfast as the one they use was not great. The pool is freezing (take a wet suit ha ha) this is a great hotel if you like to go walking/ running along the coast line. We used the spa and treated ourselves to a massage. It was good to know there was an option for a sports massage too! Gym has modern equipment but not huge. There were times I couldn’t use it as all the equipment was being used and only 5 people in there! Complimentary yoga and pilates was excellent There were shops and bars opposite the hotel which were pleasant and reasonably priced. I would visit again 👍🏼

The staff are attentive and cannot do enough to make the stay so good. Always on hand to help with any problem (inside and outside the hotel - including organising a cab when you are stuck elsewhere in Limassol). Highly recommended.

This was our first stay in Parklane, but definitely not last. Travelled with my family, two kids 5/7yrs - starting from pools, ending with kids club - everything was brilliant. Mario from front desk and Elena Zachariou deserves a separate compliments from our family. Kids club girls did their job best they could, even with small language barrier.
