We truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel (Room 637) from September 24 - 27, 2024.
We appreciate the surprise given to us upon our arrival.
We were also delighted by the level of service given to us by the hotel employees. In particular, we would like to commend the services provided to us by Melanie Hermes, one of the staff assigned at the breakfast hall. We would not have thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offerings if not for her excellent recommendations. She was pleasant, very attentive and responsive to our queries and requests. Kindly extend our gratitude to her as we were not able to thank her properly before we left.
Thank you for a wonderful stay to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary.

I must say thanks to all the staff of this hotel .
I regret that I change this hotel to an other famous hotel in Berlin ( Aldon Kempinski Berlin) which I find every thing becomes very old .
