Great breakfast/ restaurant. Bar staff were attentive. Many patrons had attended a concert at the PSD Dome nearby (Dimash Qudaibergen). When we returned the staff played his music on Spotify as we celebrated. Perfect way to end the day. Thanks to them for being so attentive and considerate. Loved the fire in the foyer.

Very friendly staff (*sehr geduldig mit meiner schlechten Deutschkenntnisse* - but also speak English if need be) and helpful. Kindly offered to help repair my suitcase which arrived broken and disposed of it for me when I explained I'd be buying a new one, taking some stress off my trip. Good clean and comfortable room. I thought it was quiet enough.

It’s really good and quiet area. I like a balcony. If you want to have dinner outside you don’t need to go to restaurant just buy a bottle of wine and some fruit and sit on the balcony. The bedroom is so cozy and nice too.

Very specious rooms, best possible location in Königsallee shopping street, so close to public transportation. I loved the fact that you can use an entire HOLMES PLACE gym for free during your stay, the parking was also very nice even though there is a height limit of about 2 meters

The interiors are very nice: the furniture is new, all amenities are there. Also, the inner yard and the balcony are lovely. The manager was exceptionally friendly and did everything so we could feel ourselves at home. Million thanks!
