We had a fantastic experience during our stay in Hamburg! The hotel made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were cozy, clean, luxurious and perfectly located for exploring the city.
We unfortunately had a small mishap during our stay. However, the hotel manager, Mrs. Heeschen, was absolutely wonderful—extremely understanding, kind, and helpful. Thank you very much for everything.
This gesture speaks volumes about the hotel’s exceptional customer service and hospitality.
I had a very warm welcome so that I felt very comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay.

The hotel is on good location whether you want to use metro (metro station is 3 minutes walk) or uber or taxi.
Rooms are very clean and comfy.
Spa is was also great after sightseeing all day long :)
Check in and reception staff was very polite, nice and the check in/out very prompt.
Would recommend it to a friend.
