The location of the hotel is good, close to Altstadt and shopping district, but also quite easy if you want to drive out of the city. The breakfast was pretty good, even though there are no hot options. Gluten free bread was provided when asked, and without asking the following mornings. Our luggage did not arrive with us on our flight, and as it was a Sunday no shops were open. But the reception staff helpfully provided us with toothbrushes, toothpaste and a phone charger so we managed until next morning.

We received a very warm welcome at the reception. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was well arranged and clean. We were given an underground parking space (you can choose between the underground and open-air spaces).

Everything was amazing, clean and provided. There was not one thing missing at all. The property took all of our requests and made sure everything was provided. Cutlery, bed sheets, towels, fruits everything was top quality. The cleaner amelia I think her name was, was also very lovely and respectful. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect location and size for family of 4 arriving by train wishing to see the sights of Koblenz. Very thoughtfully designed and furnished. Lots of little welcome touches - treats on pillows, small bottle of wine. Easy to find, to check in and check out.

The rooms are big and very clean If you look at the outsidw of the hotel you do not expect such a room. O think the rooms are lately fully renovated. The receptionists are very wellcoming and helpfull.

Hassle free checkin , Great location since it is closer to station. Heater was working well, all kitchen items were clean and place was very comfortable and cozy.
