Prior to our arrival we had contact with the hotel with a room request and asking advice on the best way to arrive from the airport. We were given prompt, polite and excellent advice: Metro, not train! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and gave great advice on things to do in Copenhagen. The hotel is on the beautiful Nyhaven Canal, and already at the beginning of November the Christmas market along the Canal and in the main square were up and running. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet. We had a very spacious room, spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast.

The easy transfer by metro from the airport. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Most importantly superb staff, courteous, friendly, helpful, each department was commendable. Breakfast was fab, plenty of choice, no queues, 4 hour breakfast window is generous and much appreciated. Room was very comfortable and relaxing. Great bathroom. Loved this hotel!!

Fantastically thought through concept - almost a mini apartment for the ' working nomads' with a usage of space second to none. i have never seen so much storage capacity in such a small space. The kitchen was great for allowing you to cook any meal but there was a great bar and restaurant concept on the top floor also. Whilst it was a couple of kilometres out of town in a studenty area, there was a metro station in less than 5 minutes walk and the walk into the centre was only 30 to 40 minutes. Also, a really well stocked supermarket in the same building!
