The atmosphere was great. Is a good place to meet new people and has a good location, close to bus and metro. The room was good as well, very confortable and I really liked the concept. Im looking forward to book at city hub in Amsterdam and Iceland.

It was a pleasant stay in Copenhagen! We had a short trip, celebrated my birthday. Hotel staff is absolutely fantastic! Especially Marita at reception, Ursula from bar on the 1st floor and Catherine administrator at restaurant on the 2nd floor. You made my Birthday mood 🥳 very kind, attentive, friendly and professional hospitality! Hotel provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay- spa, restaurants, bars, amazing room with a nice view and bed etc! Thank you so much everyone and hopefully see you again 🤩

Pretty much everything - great location right next to a mall and the water, nice and comfortable rooms and great staff!
Nice and easy check in, comfortable rooms, good shower and bathroom with everything you need, we asked for an upgrade on our second day (just because why not) and got an even better room with balcony!:)
Such wonderful staff and the gym was a great plus:)

Everything! Great location, right next to the Central station, very walkable. Room was amazing, clean, spacious, big bed, very nice design and decoration. Staff were very helpful and friendly, someone was always at the reception. I would totally book this hotel again, thanks for a great stay!
