Everything. The hosts are amazing. My phone got stolen on the beach and they did everything they could to make me feel better. Made me food , gave me a laptop to use my entire stay. I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A tranquil resort, impeccable rooms, extremely spacious, well-planned, with a bathtub, 2 TVs, a complete personal hygiene kit, well-insulated and no sunlight enters if you want to sleep in complete darkness, and a mini closet to keep your luggage organized. Impeccable cleanliness and daily maintenance. Comfortable bedding. Restaurants with delicious food. Waiters at the pools and various food stations. Drinks are well-served but in small plastic cups. Good water park. Shows and nightly attractions and karaoke on some days. Excellent.

The service was premium, everyone was super keen to ensure we had a great stay. Food was decent for an all-inclusive, the particular standout was the Miraflores Cevicheria - food, drinks, service and vibes were all fab. We ended up eating at Miraflores multiple times during our stay! The breakfast spread was so much more than we expected, there were also staff that made custom omelettes, crepes and chilaquiles. Room service was prompt, minibar contents were included in the all-inclusive price, and if anything needed fixing in the room, someone was sent asap. The bars also did not skimp on the drinks and made them strong! The VIP bar served more premium alcohols. After walking 3km up the beach, Live Aqua definitely had the best set up and chill vibes.

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing. I will definitely be booking really soon.

The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.

An amazing apartment, excellent view of the ocean and pool, very comfortable and quiet condominium. Good restaurants and a basic supermarket. The seafood restaurant over the beach is highly recommended.
