Loved everything about Casa Cook. Stunning hotel, great staff. I loved Fatima, she made us Omellet for breakfast, her attitude and the Omelettes were just FAB!

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism. I sincerely thank her from the bottom of my heart and wish her all the best and continued success. My special thanks also go to Mr. Mohamed Helmy, who is truly an outstanding example of dedication and professionalism. He was always present, attentive to every detail, and constantly making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied. A special thanks as well to the housekeeping team for their outstanding cleanliness, organization, and honesty. Everything was always tidy and perfectly arranged. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the staff are very cooperative, and the service was exceptional.
