Very staff, specially Mina at the reception who offered a room upgrade that came as a bless(having a separate bedroom for the kids). The slides made the kids very happy. The food was by far the best we had in Egypt. I just feel sorry we didn’t discover the ala carte restaurants earlier and only tried the Italian and the asian one that were excellent. I also recommend Aquastar diving center with grate services. The spa is also nice and well organized but just not our type of massage. The trips organized by the operator in the lobby were also very good(we did Luxor and Cairo).

Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations completely, what amazing value for money. Soma bay is the most amazing security town on the shore of the most amazing sea. After travelling throughout Egypt we ended in the lap of luxury. So safe and secure with no hassles - the perfect place to relax. The sea was gorgeous, I have travelled all over the Indian ocean, but was blown away by the red sea's crystal clear waters, zero litter, warmth and stunning marine life. The Jetty a 15 minute walk along the promenade or free golf cart ride (they come every 30 minutes on the hour) takes you to a massive house reef, full of fish and colorful corals. we came here to snorkel from the reviews and it did not disappoint - instead blew us away. The hotel is huge, quiet, beautiful, clean and so much to do - pools, lazy river, spa, more pools, amazing beach with soft sand, yoga, aqua aerobics, beach sunset disco, food glorious food, jumping castle on the sea, speedboat banana boats, sail boats, wind surfing - so much to do - or like us just relax, lie in the sea and snorkel and eat delicious food. Order drinks and lunch from your sunbed by a press of a button. Free water station with ice cold water on tap. The hotel is also super environmentally friendly with beautiful earthen pot recycling bins all over, no plastic allowed on the beach and many signs with do and don'ts about sea life. The Soma bay area is expanding and lots of development going on - none of it was seen or heard from the hotel the whole area will look great when it is finished along with a massive golf course- the Marina area just next door to the hotel is fantastic, has a great supermarket, bottle shop, ATM and lovely gift shops, lots of good restaurants too many where you can sit next to the yachts - I felt like I was in Cape Town or Greece - it really is very different to the rest of Egypt. Book for a fantastic hotel, situated on the shores of the most beautiful sea.

If i could give this hotel a rating of 20 out of Ten I would the first 10 i would give for the following 1) the staff were amazing and i can only give a special thanks to all of them they were very kind, helpful and accommodating for all and very professional and spoke diffrent languages 2)The food was amazing the hotel had 1 main restaurant near the lobby 1 mainly lunch focused near the beach and 1 for snacks near the pools all were good and had great food variety and specialized so you can really taste the difference between dishes 3)the rooms were specious modern very clean and well lit. The room service was free and the required payment was reasonable 4)The shows were good 5)the beach was very busy but very clean and clear water and the service in the beach was good 6)The hotel is full of activities and I couldn't see them all but what i saw was fun and varied to a great extent 7)location is in souma beach which is closer to Safaga than Hurghada so if you intend to visit hurghada city prepare for a 30 minute drive otherwise souma bey is very good for snorkeling and water activities apecivaly windsurfing 8)the hotel is very accommodating i arrived with 2 toddlers and facilities and the staff were very accommodating and helpful with specialized activities for children present all that makes the resort a 10 out of 10 but what make it a 20 out of 10 on my eyes is that a member of my family had a medical emergency in the room and we called the staff the were very calm and proficional the helped carry the patient to the closet bed understood what happened and called for the clininc staff which arrived within minutes with all required first aid and applied it while the ambulance was on the way after entering the ambulance every thing was aranged with the the hospital Alhamdullah we return the same day late at night the staff called all the time to check when we were at the hospital after we the return to the resort which was arranged by the hospital the...

Everything was excellent! The beach is beautiful, massive pools. Food was great, so many options, very tasty and good quality. The staff were amazingly helpful. I had a head cold and they were super caring and supportive. The daily entertainment was so much fun.

Every staff is fervent,polite,the sea is clean,blue and quiet.I see many kinds of fish are swiming,very interesing,very excited. We arrived very late,boss cook seafood for us,moving...thanks everyone. Hope you are better and better.❤❤❤

The swimming pool in front of the apartment is very nice !!! Tha apartment was clean and comfortable. The host is SUPER !!!

Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

The location is ideal! Ahmed the owner was very helpful. Remember to book a golf car it helps alot with transportation. Everything is less than 5 mins away. Also the view for the room is spectacular. There’s a pool right infront of the apartment. Loved everything and recommend greatly!
