Location: quite area but still near to the Aveniew Mall.

Easily Suitable in size for four persons families.
The staff are very active and always available to support.

This is my preferred accommodation in Cairo. Relatively close to the airport, in a residential quarter of New Cairo, this silent house is perfect for getting a good rest and still being able to reach the centre of Cairo by taxi in 30-50 minutes, depending where you are going to. The place is super clean, wifi works well, communication with the host is clear and efficient. The staff who takes care of the residence is just lovely and reliable. I hope to return soon.

I had an amazing 10-night stay at Munir's place! The staff on-site were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The villa is absolutely stunning and spotless, located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Hamada, the night guard, was especially wonderful—always available to help, collect deliveries, and ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Love that it’s very modern and it has a nice kitchenette. Walking distance to the Point 90 mall and all the other nice shopping spots and restaurants in New Cairo . Would like to extend my gratitude to the housekeeping team for keeping my room neat and tidy during the course of my stay . Would be visiting New Cairo again soon .
