From checkin to checkout, which were handled in a very professional way.
Location: quite area but still near to the Aveniew Mall.
Very clean
Easily Suitable in size for four persons families.
The staff are very active and always available to support.
This is my second stay in the "second home H" and will not be the last if it is up to me.

I must say it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service , thank you Zain, Islam and even the property general manager he greeted us himself in the check out.
The location of the hotel is perfect, well equipped apartment with neutral colour furniture make you feel you live in your own home
What truly sets Vida apart is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their genuine warmth and dedication to excellent service made me feel like a valued guest.
Overall, the apartment exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this apartments to anyone visiting Egypt especially family, Hethersett you are here for business or leisure.

We stayed only for 1 night but everything was great. The room is charming, very clean and well-furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is ideal (there is a mall with many restaurants and cafes within a 5 min walk). I highly recommend this place.
