The location of this hotel is right in the center so you are in walking distance from most things. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. They have a coffee machine in the common area and a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. You can also use the fridge they have.

Lovely property and very central. Best part is the HOHO bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. So very easy to go out. Shopping also very near to the hotel.
Room was good too but the Air conditioner was not adjustable so it was a bit too cold for us.
Breakfast was a huge spread with loads of variety and very tasty too. But they start a bit late and that was a draw back for early travelers.

We had never heard of the B&B chain as we don’t have it in New Zealand so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we loved the central location (so close to the bustling Puerta del Sol, yet felt safe and secure). Our room was spacious, clean and had an awesome rain shower. We loved the daily breakfasts and the cafeteria was such a great addition to the hotel. We loved having our breakfast there, enjoying the fresh fruit and coffee machine. We wished we had booked more B&B Hotels for the rest of our travels in Europe.

The host was very warm-kinded, friendly and easy-going. My passport was dropped in the reception zone, and he picked it up and return back carefully.
