Excellent location and everything was very clean. The street has bars and a top-rated restaurant right below the apartment. Local guides recommend this street, and it’s also close to the main attractions such as the Monument to the Fallen, the Cathedral, the Japanese Garden, and more. I would 100% recommend it — everything was clean, new, and fully equipped. Yes, the stairs are narrow and there are containers at the entrance, but this is very common in any building in France. Quiet atmosphere — even though it’s a popular street, you couldn’t hear anything inside.

Quietly located and pleasantly modernly furnished apartment on the edge of the center below the castle (a 10-minute walk). Bus stop with connections to the tram network, airport bus, supermarket, restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes away. The host is super friendly, communication perfect, and he also speaks English. Otherwise, the apartment is well-equipped, so you can easily cater for yourself even for longer stays.
Also worth mentioning is the immediate surroundings, a headland where the Erdre River flows into a tributary of the Loire. Everything here has been newly designed – benches, trees, several bar boats, and an older cultural center, perfect for an evening stroll.
I enjoyed my stay!

Amazing apartment placed in the one of the best spots in Nantes. We loved the beautiful and different decorated rooms and the large balcony/garden in the evening. It was easy check in and check out and we could walk everywhere from the place.
